Description

Opiates compete with the body's own endorphins for their receptor binding sites. Endorphins have a dampening influence on a large part of the nerve cells in order to expect physiologically meaningful reactions of the organs of success. Experiment B1.1.1.9 experimentally investigates why, for example, muscle spasms are a consequence of opiate withdrawal.
