Description

The object of the experiment P3.6.6.4 is to determine the crest factors, i. e. the quotients of the amplitude U0 and the RMS value Urms for different AC voltage signal forms generated using a function generator by experimental means. The amplitude is measured using the joule and wattmeter connected to a PC. The RMS value is calculated from the power P measured at an ohmic resistor R using the joule and wattmeter according to the formula
