Sound radiation through the eardrum
Sound radiation through the eardrum

Description

In this experiment, the students learn that the eardrum can also radiate sound to the outside. To do this, they use a tuning fork and the instrument for binaural hearing and learn that the eardrum primarily transmits sound to the ossicles, but also radiates some of the sound outwards.
