Antibacterial soap or normal soap

LB6.1.4.8
Antibacterial soap or normal soap
Antibacterial soap or normal soap

Description

The students will compare normal soap with antibacterial soap for its effect on bacteria. In doing so, they examine the short-term effect (hand washing) as well as the long-term effect of both soap types. They find that normal soap has the same effect as antibacterial soap when washing hands, but antibacterial soap has an additional bacteriostatic effect when used over a long period of time.
