Description

For measuring the force between electrically charged spheres as a function of their charge and distance (Coulomb's law) and for measuring forces on bodies (circular plate, sphere), in the electric field of the plate capacitor (544 22) for instance. Measurement of force with the force sensor S (524 060), in conjunction with the universal physics measuring instrument (531 835) or with CASSY (524 013, 524 005, 524 006, 524 018).

Technical data

  • 3 spheres, metal coated, 38 mm diam., each on tubular insulated stem, 15 cm long, 6 mm diam.
  • 1 circular plate, metal, 62 mm, on tubular insulated stem, 15 cm long, 6 mm diam.
  • 4 two-way plugs, 4 mm diam.
