The SOS signal

LP8.1.5.3
The SOS signal
The SOS signal

Description

In this experiment, students learn about the for loop. In the first step, the Arduino is programmed with individual delay functions so that the LED at PIN 13 on the sensor shield displays the SOS signal in Morse code. After testing a simple for loop, the program code for the SOS signal is to be rewritten with for loops. In this way, the students realise that the use of the program code becomes leaner and clearer. The students also learn how to send the SOS signal in Morse code.
