Description

In this experiment, the students explore the effect of materials that have different electrical conductivity on a charged electroscope. They learn about the phenomenon of different conductivity among different materials. They compare the discharge of an electroscope that occurs through contact with different bodies. They realise that an electroscope is a sensitive instrument for assessing the conductivity of substances.
