Module PPE03: Pick and Place, electric, 3 positions
The module Pick and Place electric PPE serves for the assortment of workpieces into several delivery positions by means of a pneumatic extendable and/or lowerable electrical turning mechanism and a vacuum grip.
The rotation plate moves normally in the raised position to the pick-up position and the vacuum grip lowers onto the work object and the vacuum is activated. The work object is gripped and the lifting cylinder raises the entire rotating plate. The work object is then brought to the desired target position and dropped in place.
The rotating plate now can be raised again and re-set in the pick-up position.
