Description

Single-stage, oil-sealed rotary-vane vacuum pump with a gas ballast valve. The motor and pump are directly coupled, thus forming an easily transportable unit.

Examples of application:

Determining the density of air
Evacuating Magdeburg hemispheres
Free-fall experiments
Propagation of sound
Pressure-dependence of boiling points
