Thyristor with turn-off circuit 230 V/8 A

LD 735343
Thyristor with turn-off circuit 230 V/8 A
  4  Thyristor with turn-off circuit 230 V/8 A

Description

Thyristor which can be turned off with capacitor turn-off and free-wheeling arm. The turn-off circuit consists of ring-around coil with blocking diode, a turn-off thyristor and turn-off capacitor. A DC controller can be implemented directly using the PWM/PFM control unit 735341. Four integrated shunts enable problem-free measurement of the main current, turn-off current, ring-around current and the free-wheeling current. All the thyristors and diodes have a RCD protective circuit.
