Description

In experiment V3.2.3.1, leaf pigments are separated out by means of thin layer chromatography. For this purpose, a leaf extract is produced first. That extract is then applied to a TLC film and the TLC is then left to run in a separation chamber. The individual pigments in a leaf can be separated out and identified in this way.
