Description

System

The UR5e Advanced training cell offers the ideal introduction to working with collaborative industrial robots (cobots for short). The cobot's extensive safety features enable innovative and safe experimentation in your laboratory. Our system offers a complete solution consisting of a cobot including accessories, as well as a work table optimised for this application, including power supply, all necessary mounts for the control unit, programming tablet and cobot, and sufficient storage space for the necessary accessories. A compatible camera system including customised exercise plates is included in the Advanced Set. The cobot can be operated and programmed using the 12" touch panel included in the scope of delivery. In addition, motion programming is implemented via a teach-in button, which enables programming by specifying a manually executed motion pattern of the cobot at the touch of a button. The plug-and-play camera system enables camera-based cobot applications and exercises.

The supplied work table has two conveyor belts arranged at right angles and a frame for the supplied exercise plates. The design allows for the free creation of additional learning scenarios.
