Enthalpy of solution of salts

LC3.3.1.3
Enthalpy of solution of salts
Enthalpy of solution of salts

Description

In this experiment the students use their calorimeter to measure temperature changes during the dissolution process of salts. They realise that the change in temperature depends on the salt. They can calculate the respective molar enthalpy of solution ΔHm using the measured values.
